The Peuplade Charter

Peuplad aims at offering inhabitants of a territory the will and means to live together, promoting open-mindedness, liberty, responsibility and justice.

Every residents, groups and businesses are warmly invited to take part to this social project, through concrete social life actions gathering inhabitants around an event, which can be either :

a meeting an ongoing achievement for the neighborhood a project on goods or services an exchange

Peuplad cheers role-players in the neighborhoods to conceive and launch social initiatives inspired as much as possible by the following principles :

Reality

Peuplad promotes social activism, based on real actions and events, rather than speeches and virtual exchanges. These social life actions consist in concrete public, easy to implement events.

Cohesion

Social life actions aim at strengthening cohesion and creating empathy between people living in the same neighborhood. These actions enable members to get to know, respect and accept each other. They promote cooperation rather than competition, and solidarity rather than self-interest.

Universalism

Social life actions promote a-communitarian meetings, independently from considerations such as physical aspect, social status, age, gender or culture. Social life actions bring people together around a project or an event, more than around a community of opinion, interests or social origin.

Non-selectivity

Social life actions strive as far as possible to be free, in order to be accessible to most. They bear open-mindedness and hospitality towards everyone. They enable to integrate anyone, notably people suffering from social disabilities.

Group dynamics

Social life actions make initiative spirit easier. They favor commitment and active participation of role-players. They cheer collective achievements.

Pooling of talents

Social life actions enable people to share and learn knowledge and know-how. They promote special talents and allow them to grow through promoting creativity.

Independence

Social life actions are dedicated to people rather than to structures and causes. They develop independence and autonomy of role-players, and egg every ole-player to use its liberty.
